As a small business within the meaning of § 19(1) of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged and none is shown. There is no VAT identification number under § 27a UStG.

Web design and web development. This is not a regulated profession, and there is no membership in a professional chamber.

No legal services within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act (RDG) are provided. Legal texts such as a legal notice, privacy policy or cancellation policy are embedded and kept up to date on request, but they are neither drafted nor reviewed, and no advice is given on their content. Responsibility for them lies with the client.

Dispute resolution

I am neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for links

In a few places, this site links to third-party websites whose content I have no influence on. The respective provider is always responsible for that content. No legal violations were apparent at the time of linking. If I am made aware of a violation, I will remove the link immediately.
